Welcome to Garden State Night Market (affectionately known as “The Garden”), brainchild of popular food blogger Mike Su (Instagram: @foodporn, 1.5m followers) and experienced restauranteur John Milne (previously manager of several Michelin starred restaurants & large nightlife chains in the UK).

It all started with a chat between the two co-founders about the popularity of the so-called “Ghost Kitchens” in US and South-East Asia, and also how difficult it is to get good food (other than pizza / kebabs) past 10pm in Melbourne… The rest, as the saying goes, is history.

“The Garden” was established with the following goals in mind.

1) provide a wide range of food choices for customers to choose from, 2) deliver affordable yet delicious food, 3) become the premier supper hangout spot within the Clayton / Glen Waverley region.
